We are now looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Coordinator to join our Services Workshop in Rubbestadneset, Bømlo.
What will you be doing?
As Administrative Coordinator, you will join our dynamic Workshop Operation and Administration team. The team consists of Service Coordinators, Team Leaders, Production and Logistics Managers, a Development Expert, and a Purchaser. Your role will involve supporting the team with various tasks related to ongoing projects, purchasing, subcontractor management, and other administrative duties.
A typical day might start with handling purchasing tasks or making a phone call to a subcontractor, followed by coordinating office activities and administrative work, and ending with reviewing our development plans for the upcoming period. This highly versatile role requires juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities, ensuring you never get bored.
In this role, you will work closely with team members in a collaborative environment, where empowerment and innovation are highly valued. The ideal candidate is self-driven, eager to learn, identifies needs and takes initiative, and can work independently.
Your responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the Workshop Operation and Administration team with various administrative tasks.
- Supporting our Purchaser with purchasing tasks and related follow-up.
- Maintaining essential local procedures and records.
- Updating and maintaining subcontractor agreements.
- Assisting and following up on development projects.
- Supporting with the planning and execution of projects.
You will shine in this role when you have:
- Education: MSc or BSc in Business Administration, similar educational background, or equivalent work experience.
- Administrative Experience: Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service-Minded Attitude: Helpful and service-oriented approach.
- Collaboration Skills: Team-player mindset, strong collaborative skills, enjoying interaction with people.
- Self-driven: Ability to identify needs, take initiative, and work independently.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and Office 365.
- Organisational Skills: A proactive and systematic way of working, focusing on tidiness and structure.
- Development-Oriented: Motivated by improvement and eager to grow professionally.
- Language Skills: Proficient Norwegian and English language skills to enable effective communication.
