Service Sales Manager
We are now looking for a Services Sales Manager join our Gas Solutions team in Asker, Norway. In this position, you will report to the Services Sales Department Manager
Main responsibilities:
- Engage potential customers, building and nurturing long-term relationships to understand their business needs and position our services as solutions to their challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales support and technical experts, to develop customized proposals, presentations, and demonstrations for customers.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network, showcase our services, and generate leads for potential customers.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with customers, leveraging a consultative selling approach to showcase the value of our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and successful implementation of our services and solutions.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts to the management team using Salesforce.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact the target markets, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in engineering, preferably within the fields of gas processing, automation, or digitalization
- Strong and relevant background as service or commissioning engineers is desirable.
- Experience in sales or business development within the services sector, preferably in Service & Operation, Oil, Gas & Energy Industries
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales processes and drive revenue growth, meeting, or exceeding targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Fluent in English
