What You’ll Be Doing

Be the customer’s trusted partner

•    Serve as the primary point of contact for spare parts quotations, orders, deliveries, and issue handling.

Keep the wheels turning

•    Coordinate quotes and orders according to guidelines and best practices.
•    Ensure every quotation and order is delivered with great quality and quick turnaround.
•    Follow up on open quotes before they expire and keep sales teams updated.
•    Monitor the order book together with colleagues to keep everything on track.

Drive performance & efficiency

•    Actively track orders to secure excellent on-time delivery.
•    Propose ideas and improvements that speed up processes and enhance customer experience.
•    Grow your expertise in customer-specific solutions and anticipate their needs.

Communicate like a pro

•    Keep customers informed with timely updates on their parts deliveries.
•    Coordinate daily activities and urgent requests with colleagues to find smart, practical solutions.
•    Negotiate delivery terms and dates to find the best outcome for both sides.

Make the process seamless

•    Manage spare parts orders from material disposition and shipment prep to full documentation.
•    Ensure commercial accuracy — from verifying terms and conditions to issuing invoices and credit notes.
•    Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Import/Export to clarify tax, customs, insurance, and logistics matters.

What You Bring to the Team

•    Experience in customer service (internal and external).
•    Background working in an international environment is a plus.
•    Previous experience in parts coordination or similar roles is advantageous.
•    Strong team spirit combined with the ability to work independently.
•    A proactive, solution-oriented mindset — you enjoy getting things done.
•    Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written).
•    Comfortable with change and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
•    Solid IT skills, especially with MS Office; SAP experience is a bonus.
