Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, SAP, and Power BI to create and maintain reports that track supplier performance metrics, including sustainability and environmental impact.
- Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in supplier performance, compliance, and sustainability practices.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance data analysis and predictive capabilities, providing actionable insights for supplier performance improvement.
- Develop and refine tools and resources to enhance the Supplier Quality and Development processes.
- Assist in updating and optimizing business process models in line with continuous improvement principles to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in supplier management.
- Contribute to supplier risk assessments by integrating data from audit reports, compliance questionnaires, feedback from project teams, and environmental performance data.
- Support the development and implementation of supplier compliance programs and initiatives, focusing on quality, sustainability, and environmental management.
- Collaborate with sourcing, tendering, and quality control teams to ensure alignment on supplier performance and compliance standards, including environmental and sustainability criteria.
- Participate in the review and analysis of supplier contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, environmental, and company standards.
- Document supplier information in the Document Management System and log non-quality findings in SAP, following up effectively with suppliers.
- Participate in and facilitate root cause analysis for non-quality findings.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on supplier compliance, performance, and sustainability.
- Travel to supplier sites for assessments and evaluations, approximately 20% of the time.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry compliance trends, best practices in sustainability, and environmental management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, APICS) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supplier performance analysis, procurement, or supply chain management, with a strong understanding of supplier metrics, contract compliance, and risk management.
- Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms to analyze supplier performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Communication & Reporting: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and performance reports to stakeholders and senior management clearly and concisely.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of performance issues and collaborate with suppliers to develop corrective actions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across multiple departments such as procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, ensuring alignment and optimizing supplier relationships.
