We are looking for an Automation Commissioning Engineer with a main responsibility in the commissioning of plant automation systems in engine power plants globally.

Location:

The office location for this position can be any office location in Finland (Vaasa, Turku, Helsinki) due to the nature of the traveling job.

Your role and responsibilities:

As an Automation Commissioning Engineer, your work will include traveling globally, performing commissioning and testing of the plant automation systems as well reporting the progress and test results. You’ll be working as a part of a dynamic Plant Automation Commissioning team with diverse expertise.

Requirements for the position:

• Knowledge, willingness and skills to work with automation systems
• Ability to learn and adopt new things
• Good command of English, oral and written
• Willingness to travel abroad for longer periods (up to 4 months)

As an ideal candidate, you might also have:

• B.Sc in industrial automation
• Experience of Siemens, Schneider, InTouch, Moxa, and Fortigate equipment/software
• Team player skills and attitude
• Understanding of electricity generation
