Scrum master

Location: Belgrade, Serbia or Helsinki, Finland (Permanent)

 

Are you ready to shape the future of maritime training and work on an industry-leading product trusted by the majority of maritime training institutes?

We are looking for a Scrum Master, that will join us in Navigational Simulator, one of the best solutions for marine training.

You will be responsible for cooperating with one or two development teams and support RTE and other Scrum Masters in our SAFe journey.

 

  

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate SAFe events (Team Syncs, Interation Planning, Iteration Reviews, and Retrospectives) for one or two development teams.
  • Ensure the team follows Agile principles and practices.
  • Support RTE and other Scrum Masters during ART level events.
  • Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth progress of the team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and other Scrum Masters.
  • Support the Product Owner in managing the team backlog and prioritizing tasks.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Coach the team on Agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Coach the team on SAFe principles and practices.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other stakeholders.
  • Track and report on team performance metrics and progress.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
  • Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
  • Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
  • Ability to remove impediments and drive team progress.
  • Strong business communication skills in English.
  • A open-minded team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience with Agile tools and software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
