Software Development Engineer Trainee

Paid internship - Wärtsilä Voyage d.o.o. Belgrade

We are looking for innovative, curious, and solution-oriented students from final year of Faculty of Electrical Engineering who want to develop and create change through innovation in technologies and services.

 

Join us if you have:

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Basic understanding of React and its core concepts (components, state, props).
  • Experience with version control systems (Git).
  • Willingness to learn and grow in web development.
  • Ability to work in a team and flexibility in approach to tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of TypeScript is a plus.
  • Understanding of HTTP and REST API basics
  • Intermediate English language

 

As a Software Development Engineer Trainee in a large global company, you will gain the following experience and skills:

  • Write code by User story and UX prototypes
  • Being part of Agile team which working by Scrum and SAFe
  • Interact with dev team (testing engineers, BE developers, UX designers and etc.)
  • Enhance your communication skills, presentation of results, and teamwork, which are important for a successful career.

 

The internship program will start in May - June  2025 and will last for 6 monthspartly working time.
