Software testing engineer

We are looking for a Software Testing Engineer to work in our team.

We propose you to join Navigation&Awareness team, which is responsible for development of navigation systems and voyage planning systems for international marine market. You will work in Agile team with experienced developers, product experts and testing engineers.

The location for this position is in Belgrade, Serbia.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and understanding of different software testing and development methodologies, understanding of software development and testing process.
• Test design
• Experience in Smoke testing, functional, regression and integration testing
• Advanced knowledge of the operating system Windows
• Technical and communication English
• Network configuration knowledge will be an advantage
• Python knowledge and test automation skills will be your advantage
• Engineering background will be an advantage

Main responsibilities:

• Manual testing
• Analysis of test results
• Creation of test cases, checklists, and automated testing scenarios
• Localization and documentation of defects
• Simulation of situations leading to errors, their reproduction
• Monitoring bug fixes
• Preparation and support of test documentation (test plans, checklists, test cases, errors) and testing methods
• Analyse incidents before handing them over to developers
