ELECTRICAL PLANT TECHNICIAN

Education:

  • Diploma or Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or a related technical field.
  • Additional training in industrial maintenance, automation, or power systems is an asset.
  • Electrical safety certifications.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in manufacturing, processing plants, or similar industrial environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in:
    • Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults.
    • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
    • Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical documentation.
    • Working with low and medium voltage systems.
    • Previous experience in similar environments is highly desirable
