We are now looking for a Parts Coordinator to join our Shaft Line Solutions (SLS) team and contribute to building a better, more sustainable future.
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic, international sales environment, providing end‑to‑end coordination and customer support for spare parts. You will work closely with sales, supply chain, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and high‑quality service to our customers worldwide.
This position reports to the Regional Team Leader, Parts Coordination Management.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Parts Coordinator, you will provide both technical and administrative support to the sales organization. You will assist in the preparation of sales proposals and documentation, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a strong customer focus.
You will take ownership of customer interactions related to spare parts, helping ensure smooth communication, effective request handling, and an excellent customer experience, while supporting operational excellence across the SLS organization.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the main contact for spare parts quotations, orders, deliveries, and non‑conformities within Shaft Line Solutions.

Serve as a liaison between customers and internal SLS sites throughout the spare parts delivery process.

Handle and coordinate quotations and orders in line with internal procedures, guidelines, and local requirements.

Ensure timely, accurate, and high‑quality responses to customer inquiries.

Validate the accuracy of spare parts sales documents and customer master data.

Proactively follow up on quotations before expiry and provide feedback to SLS sales teams.

Monitor and manage the order book to support on‑time delivery.

Collaborate with Sales on the content and commercial terms of offerings.

Coordinate with supply chain teams to track and, when needed, expedite deliveries.

Maintain and continuously develop knowledge of customer‑specific solutions and needs.

Escalate issues through internal networks when required to ensure resolution.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or order management operations.

Good understanding of spare parts order processes.

Strong customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to identify needs and resolve issues effectively.

Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Willingness to travel occasionally to support sales activities.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with SAP (advantage).
- Familiarity with international logistics and compliance processes.

Previous experience in the marine or industrial environment is considered a strong asset.
Travel Requirements
Some domestic and international travel is required. Most coordination activities will be carried out virtually; however, you should expect to travel up to 20% of the time.
