General Purpose

  • Manage specific projects with assigned scope in project phases in compliance with Corporate Project Management Methodology and Business Directives. 
  • Ensure assigned deliverables meet business objectives.
  • Secure Customer Satisfaction & Manage Expectations of Key Stakeholder



  • Contribute to operational business performance of product line by managing projects

    Tactical: Execute customer projects, manage processes & standards based on

    organization strategy or set short- to mid -term operational plans.


    Main responsibilities:



  • Process owner of project/order execution process (incl. active performance & resource mangement)
  • Plan & Coordinate project/order portfolio and facilitate business planning & forecast in close interaction with all departments along the value chain and business control
  • Execute order change management process setting a good balance between customer satisfaction and financial business objectives
  • Active Management of Opportunities and Risks with systematic follow-up of agreed activities.
  • Contribute to Management & Coordination of project resources (competences and capacity)
  • Management of own customer projects
  • Manage Export and Customs matters according to actual legislation


        Secondary (descriptive)

  • Compile holistic project plan with support from other departments & project organisation in common (digital) formats.
  • Follow-Up on project plans and project milestones.
  •  Prepare project reports incl. notifying project risks based on the project requirements, contracts, T&C and other available information.
  • Maintain project administration.
  • Collect lessons learned and facilitate application of best practices across organization.
  • Support Project Team to develop his/her teams competences within the relevant knowledge areas.
  •  Lead and manage assigned scope in project phase (incl. Customer interaction e.g. FAT, site work and/or
    commissioning) in compliance with Corporate Project Management Methodology and Business Directives.
  • Report the status of assigned project scope as well as ensure that the status is according to approved project plan.
  • Maintain and develop internal and external relationships and ensure that projects fulfil stakeholder expectations.

  • Languages: German (native), English (full professional)
  • Master in BA or Engineering domain
  • PM experience of at least 3 years as PM for Projects with complex product delivery scope

    in international/global business environments; ideally PMI certification or equivalent.

  • Proven track record of projects
  • Experience with export-matters and customs regulation and processes, incl. export licenses
  • Knowledge of Agile PM methodologies is considered as a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict handling skills
  • Sound knowledge and structured approach to requirement management and order change management.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Affinity to process digitization
  • Excellent command of MS Office esp. Excel and MS team environments
