Field Service Administrator

We are now looking for a Field Service Administrator in Hungary.
The Field Service Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of field service activities. This role focuses on managing documentation, coordinating service schedules, and maintaining accurate records to support both internal teams and customer requirements.
What you will do:
- Assist the Marine Field Service Team Leader with hours registration and related administrative tasks.
- Manage documentation flow, reporting, and administrative processes within Marine Field Service.
- Conduct onboarding for newcomers related to Mobility tools and Field Service systems.
- Support continuous development and standardization of Marine Field Service processes and workflows.
- Cooperate with direct and indirect purchasing teams.
- Support regular (annual/quarterly) inspections of workshop equipment.
- Develop and improve the efficiency of storekeeping processes.
- Support maintaining spare parts stock levels in the warehouse.
- Purchase consumables and low value spare parts and maintain communication with suppliers.
- Follow up on and maintain records of fixed assets.
- Perform tasks assigned by the Field Service Manager or Marine Team Leader
To be successful you will need:
- Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in a technical or service environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with marine or energy industry operations.
- Experience in coordinating service activities or supporting technical teams.
- Knowledge of ERP systems for work order and inventory management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
