Office Assistant – Hungary (2 years maternity cover)

We are looking for a Office Assistant to join our team in our Budaörs office with a possibility of hybrid work. The role is 2 years fixed term maternity cover.

 

 

What you will be doing

 

 

The Office Assistant is responsible for managing daily office operations, providing administrative support to various departments, coordinating corporate events and travel, maintaining internal and external communication platforms and supporting marketing, branding activities.

 

 

Your work will focus on these responsibilities:

 

 

· Maintain office area and supplies, coordinate servicing and facility-related tasks.

· Manage company phone orders, office equipment, essential supplies.

· Organize company events, travel, conferences.

· Coordinate customer visits, seminars, and meetings

· Manage post and deliveries

· Assist with company car administration, and occupational health appointments.

· Support the finance team eg. invoice checks, inventory reporting

· Manage Citi card applications and tracking

· Create and verify purchase orders.

· Administer security system-related tasks and QEHS documentation.

· Support internal and external communication and branding efforts.

· Maintain and update the company’s internal site and public webpage

· Support various departments (Finance, HR, QEHS, Procurement, Management) with ad-hoc administrative tasks.

 

 

To be able to succeed in the position, we expect you to have:

 

 

· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

· Proactive, flexible approach.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

· Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

· Fluency in Hungarian and English (written and spoken);

· Strong MS Office skills.

· Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
