We are looking for an Agreement Manager. The Agreement Manager is responsible for the contract between Wärtsilä and the Customer. He/she is responsible for customer relations, customer satisfaction, contract delivery and for the contract profitability in the legal entity.
In agreement Management we manage long term service agreements to support our customers business by providing high quality lifecycle management, operational and maintenance services.
As an Agreement Manager, you main accountabilities are:
- Overall performance of the assigned agreement customers including agreement renewals, upselling, customer care and lifecycle services delivery during the lifecycle of the agreement
- Leading, managing and planning the implementation of Wärtsilä’s obligations under the service agreement in line with the targets set by the business and the contract regarding performance, quality, financial, cost and time.
- Making lifetime forecasts and annual budgets/estimations for the agreement
The Agreement Manager main responsibilities are:
- Building strategic partnerships with assigned customers. Lead joint business development activities with the customers and help customers maximise the return of their investments.
- Know what is important for the customer, what are their specific business drivers and how our offering can help to minimise risks in operations and performance. Identify potential issues to prevent events causing revenue losses.
- Enforce conformance to QEHS policies and procedures in the Region
- Communicating with relevant internal and external stakeholders as per Agreement Management-, Agreement Sales-, Service Projects Sales-, Parts, Field Service- and Package Sales Procedures
- Managing disputes arising with the customer under the agreement, including leading the internal team involved in supporting the dispute resolution
- Monitoring Wärtsilä’s compliance with laws during the execution of the service agreement, including trade sanctions
- Monitor receivables situation, investigate reason for non-payment, make action plan and involve internal stakeholders as required in order to ensure payment in time by the customers
- When applicable, lead a team of plant managers to ensure that the scope of the service agreement is delivered to the customers according to contract, performance guarantees given are reached and that our entire delivery is following standard operations procedures and global Agreement Management processes in a safe and cost effective way in order to ensure quality of work
- Monitoring that customer complies with its obligations in the service agreement
- Lead, manage, train, coach and ensure competence levels for the team of plant managers
