Main responsibilities:
- To carry out routine and preventive maintenance of W50 DF engine as per the OEM recommendation.
- To carry out Operation and Maintenance of W50 engine (UNICS/WECS).
- Operation and maintenance of auxiliary equipment (Pump, LFO/HFO/Lube oil separator, alternator, small generator, firefighting equipment, RO Plant, booster and transfer unit, radiator,MCC,DBB, etc).
- Update equipment maintenance data, logbook and Maximo on daily basis.
- Monitoring of equipment health and reporting to his supervisor.
- Spare part planning, follow up and cost optimization.
- To do the 5s and housekeeping activities in the plant and maintain the plant premises.
Requirements:
- Experience : 5-6 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in working on any gas engines.
- Experience in Wartsila Gas Engines (If possible on 50DF) is desirable
- Understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance best practices
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and maintenance data analysis
- Commitment to safety and operational excellence
Educational Requirement:
- Higher National Diploma(HND) or Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology - Electrical.
