We are seeking a Field Service Planner, Marine Business Americas who will be scheduling and planning the Field Service attendances.

You will be part of a highly skilled and motivated team of Marine Business professionals who are able to independently work and take decisions under pressure in combination with analytical/critical thinking and excellent knowledge about Wartsila's products and installations. We are looking for a safety & quality-minded, dynamic, flexible, and detail-oriented high performer to join our fast-paced and exciting Team. The main task are;

Book resource requests for the Field Service work orders received using the assigned tools (Planning Board)
• Ensure the best use and availability of the Field Service personnel encompassing coordination of Visa's, medicals, travel, etc.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal details as appropriate
• Assisting the Operations Coordinator with regular feedback from executed jobs.
• Support booking the training needs for the resources
• Maintain relevant Field Service resources planning tool.
• Support maintaining all information required in the Professional Skills Management tool.
• Maintain an even utilization of personnel
• Interact with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Promote a close liaison with other departments (CAC, CM, Sales, Etc.) to ensure the best possible delivery of service to the customer
• To comply with the company's Quality, Health & Safety, and Equal Opportunities policies.
• In addition to the above duties and responsibilities, the post holder must be prepared to undertake such additional duties within their capabilities which may result from changing circumstances, but which may not of necessity, change the general character or level of responsibility of the
