Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina

 

As an Agreement Coordinator at Wärtsilä, you will:

  • Support the Agreement Management leadership in implementing agreement activities in logistics and administrative activities as per Wartsila internal guidelines during the mobilization and operations phase.
  • Monitor that the maintenance tasks are executed within the targeted time in coordination with the maintenance management team.
  • Act as a Responsible Coordinator for AMEO in the Country/Region.
  • Support Agreement Manager to reach set quality, financial, cost, safety, and time targets.
  • Maintain good internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Implement expert-level usage and training of relevant tools, including SAP/WE BUY/Maximo.
  • Follow up accordingly to maintain up-to-date KPI and Account plan status and participate in Account Team meetings.
  • Coordinate tasks and actions with site teams as defined.
  • Report specific assigned tasks' progress to Agreement Management leadership.
  • Act as a Facilitator in highlighting local issues/risks/administrative tasks/local rules by supporting the team in proposing solutions.
  • Support Agreement Management leadership for demobilization planning and execution.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or University Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronic, Electrical, or related field).
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience with SAP is preferred.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to deliver effective training and presentations.
  • Appreciation for Health, Safety, and Environmental considerations.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Understanding of agreement management processes.
  • Experience or knowledge in project management is desirable.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
