Dear All, 

 

We are looking for a high potential professional and an enthusiastic person who’s able to lead, coordinate and execute field services energy business delivery jobs for Region South Americas, in the designated countries (Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, and Uruguay). This professional will work to meet business targets and KPIs ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction in all delivery activities.  Close cooperation with other stakeholders and colleagues within the Region to achieve the goals and actions for Operational excellence as a Team.  

 

In this position, you are reporting to Field Service Operations Manager, Region South. 

 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage, plan and coordinate single and/or standard Field Service work orders; 
  • Plan activities, resources, spare parts, costs, and schedule for the work order; 
  • Coordinate people when they are assigned on a work order;
  • Act as the contact person for Customers during the work order;
  • Willing to occasionally perform job-related tasks out of normal working time (coordinate emergency cases);
  • Knowledge of Wärtsilä products; 
  • Strive for continuous improvement;
  • Interact with relevant internal stakeholders;
  • Understands the project management (time, cost, resources management) would be beneficial; 
  • Ensure that the work will be executed according to Wärtsilä Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines and Customer site procedures; 
  • Follow-up and report the status of the work order to the Customer or relevant internal stakeholders.

 

What it takes:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical degree;
  • Advanced or fluent English;
  • Native, advanced, or fluent Spanish;
  • Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus;

 

Knowledge in:

  • Wartsila product knowledge preferred; otherwise previous experience in similar business;
  • Experience in Services Delivery or similar functions;
  • Technical knowledge;
  • Knowledge of End to End process from sales to invoicing;
  • MS Office and SAP
