Manager, Agreement Management (Aqualectra Contract)
Wärtsilä is seeking a Manager, Agreement Management (Aqualectra Contract) to join our team in Wärtsilä North America, reporting to the Director, Decarbonization Services. The preferred location for this position is Curacao.
What will you be doing
As a Business Development Manager, you will be accountable for the entire sales process, from creating demand through originating engine power plant solutions sales through closing profitable opportunities for New Build and Service Agreements in North America.
The ideal candidate has a Masters' degree in Business Management, Sales or a field of study that is relative to this role.
As a Manager, Agreement Management (Aqualectra Contract), you will focus on these responsibilities:
- Accountable for overall performance of the assigned agreements including customer success, lifecycle performance, continuous improvement and renewal.
- Customer communication and relationship.
- Lead and develop competence in assigned agreement organization to successfully deliver outcome-based agreements. Collaborate with Operations Support, Regional Support and other stakeholders for successful delivery.
- Leading and ensuring the implementation of Wärtsilä' s obligations under the agreement in line with the targets set and the contract regarding performance, quality, financial, cost and time.
- Understanding customers business short-term and long-term strategy, business environment key value drivers and investment possibilities.
- Ensuring that agreed reporting is taking place in assigned area both internally and externally as per contractual requirements.
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in a relevant field of study.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, SAP and Salesforce CRM
