Job Location: Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, lead and manage Operations and Maintenance activities at the O&M power plant along with assigned team.
- Ensure that the performance targets are met in line with the long term agreement with customer.
- Competence development of the team at plant.
- Ensure plant and equipment condition are according to the applicable guidelines and policies of the agreement management.
- Ensure to execute work at plant according to Wartsila quality, health safety and environmental guideline of customer and Wartsila.
- Implement contract management action plans, process and guidelines in the assigned responsible area.
- Implement safety guidelines and procedures and ensure that the team shall follow safety guidelines at all times.
- Responsible for preparation of all reports, plans and budgets in line with agreement management guidelines and as per schedules.
- Identify and actively seek to improve operational and maintenance reliability and availability of the plant.
- Maintain excellent internal and external stakeholder relationship.

Qualification & Experience:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with at least 7-10 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
