Main responsibilities Required Main responsibility:
1. Manage both product engineering and Manufacturing engineer teams.
2. Improve the product engineering way of working, including NPI projects.
3. Improve the manufacturing processes including welding, machining, assembly, HVOF, painting, ABB robot welding, etc
4. lead lean production projects within AMS business line in Suzhou.
5. SAP related tasks
6. Collect necessary technical information from each S&B delivery centers for specific projects.
7.  Collaboration with Order intake, Production, Quality, Purchase to solve any engineering related issue.
8. Other tasks assigned by line manager.
