Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager to be on the front line working with our customer's requirements.

 

Location: Mexico City

Main Responsibilities:

-Generate quotations based on customer or sales request by evaluating inquires and registering/maintaining opportunity information.
-Management of main customer accounts (AAA Customers)
-Develop, report and obtain accountability for sales and sold margin budget among assigned customer accounts.
-Visit customers based on a weekly planning activities
-Maintain and further develop present assigned customer relationships.
-Identify and develop relationships with potential customers.
-Create account plans for major customers, execute the plan and update changes throughout the year.
-Develop and maintain customer satisfaction.
-Collect and communicate market intelligence and competitor information.
-Propose customer specific budgets based on historical data, market outlook, identified opportunities and strategy.
-Informs and works together with sales support in order to assure that offers are presented base on customers need.
-Create, maintain and manage all customer visit reports and larger opportunities in CRM.
-Maintain accurate customer records among assigned customer accounts.
-Manage and avoid due receivables and informs accounting regarding issues and actions taken.
-Cooperate and coordinate sales activities for global or cross country operating customer with responsible colleagues.
-Where required involve departments outside services e.g. ship power or power plants I order to fulfill customer needs to
the extent possible.

 

Education/Experience:

  • Engineering education concluded and 4 years of experience in related field (ie. Diesel Engines, Propulsion ,  Power Plants) or Technical degree in related field and 6 years experience in related field (ie. Diesel Engines, Propulsion ,  Power Plants)
  • Fluent English (advance)
