We are now looking for a Sales Manager to join our driven sales team. The position is a permanent opportunity. The preferred location for the position is in Nørresundby / Copenhagen - Denmark

We are now looking for a Sales Manager to join our driven sales team. The position is a permanent opportunity. The preferred location for the position is in Nørresundby / Copenhagen - Denmark
What will you be doing:
In this position, your will focus on growing our presence within Denmark with both new and exisiting customers by promoting decarbonisation and future fuel solutions across the market segments. You will not be working on this alone, even though the work requires a high level of independency, as you will have the support from the General Manager Sales, Denmark.

As a Sales Manager, your work will focus on these responsibilities:  

  • Obtain a thourough understanding of the customers needs and requirements.
  • Heavily promote the over arching ambition to decarbonize the marine industry.
  • Drive sales activities and customer relations that will generate growth.
  • Building long term partnerships with customers across segments.
  • Pro-actively engaging with customers.
  • Being active on both New Build project and aftersales market.
  • Establish forecast, and report progress to internal stakeholders

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have: 

  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Knowledge of Persuasive selling, Sales process and tools.
  • Experience within the marine industry is highly advantageous.
  • Understanding business environment, customer and its business.
  • A pro-active hunter with a aptitude for selling. 
  • Open and innovative mindset.
  • Proven negotiator.
  • Native Danish with fluent English language skills both written and oral.

In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers around the world. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 10%, even though most of the meetings are held virtually.
