Culture Transformation Lead

As a Culture Transformation Lead, your role will be versatile and range from strategic planning to paced execution, from sparring with senior leaders to working hands-on with experts. 


In this role, you will focus on: 

  • Developing and executing the overall approach for the Activation Phase 

  • Sprint planning and facilitation 

  • Coaching and supporting senior leaders on the culture journey (BoM Members and respective Management Teams) 

  • Coaching and supporting the teams assigned by the businesses to grow their transformation capabilities 

  • Fostering and activating a global community of Culture Ambassadors  

  • Championing and role-modeling our culture ambition in communication and interaction with colleagues 

  • Following up and measuring the impact of the culture transformation

From a professional perspective, the following competences and experiences would be preferred: 

  • Transformation and change management  

  • Experience with Agile mindset and practices 

  • Solid facilitation, coaching and communication skills 

  • Experience in designing, rapidly implementing and iterating frameworks and activities 

  • Planning and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently 

  • Critical thinking and analytical skills 

  • Experience in working with senior leaders and multiple stakeholder groups 

  • Confidence working in global and virtual environments 

  • Managing and influencing networks without formal authority
