Country Agreement Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution and delivery of contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, timelines, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Manage and develop contract delivery teams, including planning, performance monitoring, coaching, and capability building.
  • Drive effective planning and resource allocation, ensuring optimal prioritization of tasks.
  • Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment and transparent communication.
  • Identify opportunities for additional sales and value creation within existing customer contracts.
  • Monitor contract performance, proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure timely issue resolution in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) .
  • Promote continuous improvement and best practices in contract delivery and management .
  • Foster a collaborative, customer-centric team culture.


Role Expectations

Business Impact: Manage contract delivery within a defined operational scope or mid-sized contracts, ensuring achievement of key performance objectives .

 

Knowledge & Experience: Strong understanding of contract delivery and power plant operations.

 

Innovation & Improvement: Apply established processes while contributing ideas to improve operational efficiency .

 

Leadership: Lead, organize, and allocate resources effectively to ensure delivery commitments are met .

 

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong internal and external networks, actively incorporating feedback .

 


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering .
  • Additional qualification in Business Management is an advantage ·
  • 12+ years of experience, including minimum 5 years in a managerial role in power plant O&M .
  • Proven experience in customer relationship and contract management .
  • Strong understanding of financial and commercial terms .
  • Prior experience in Wärtsilä Engine Power Plant operations (managerial capacity preferred) .
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory
