We are seeking an experienced Office Manager & Executive Assistant to oversee office operations, coordinate travel arrangements, and support administrative activities that ensure a productive and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day office operations to maintain an organized, efficient, and productive workplace.
- Oversee office services, including workspace allocation, facilities management, office systems maintenance, and procurement of office supplies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide administrative and executive support, including travel coordination and related logistics.
- Plan and coordinate internal meetings, events, and activities, ensuring seamless execution and logistics management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on office-related matters.
- Support the continuous improvement and implementation of office processes and best practices.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the office and across business functions to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements: Education, Experience, Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Office Management, Executive Assistant, or Administrative role.
- Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken).
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
- Sound knowledge of office administration and office management best practices.
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage a broad range of administrative and operational activities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
