In our Parts Coordination Management organization, we are working with both internal and external customers to support Parts offers, and Order confirmations, as well as, providing critical information throughout this process to multiple stakeholders. We are currently looking for 1 (One) - PCM Coordinator who is a team player with strong interpersonal skills, good analytical thinking and adaptability to join in our Parts Coordination Management Team located in Dhaka, Bangladesh or in Mumbai, India.


Your main responsibilities will include the following:

  • Handle, coordinate and follow up on spare parts quotations, orders, deliveries and non-conformities according to working procedures, guidelines and local requirements
  • Act as a link between customers and the various departments involved in the spare parts delivery process.
  • Ensure the highest level of quality and response time
  • Looking after CM clients and their offer/order processing as per advance ordering (6 months or more)
  • Assisting with Saber certification.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the customers, understand their needs and provide the right solutions.
  • Internal and external coordination with stakeholders on:
  • L/C, CAD, pre-, down-Payment processes
  • Customs compliance-related communication


As an ideal candidate, you will shine in the role if you have the following qualities:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering /Business or equivalent.
  • Professional certification in Supply Chain Management is seen as an advantage.
  • Experience: SAP knowledge and Supply Chain understanding will be considered a plus but it is not a prerequisite.
  • Similar work experience, especially LC handling capabilities will be regarded as a plus.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory
