Coordinator - Parts Coordination Management (PCM)

Your work tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Handle, coordinate and follow up spare parts quotations, orders, deliveries and non-conformity according to working procedures, guidelines and local requirements - Act as a link between customer and the various departments involved in the spare parts delivery process.
- Ensure highest level of quality and response time Maintain strong relationships with the customers, understand their needs and provide the right solutions.
- Internal and external coordination with stakeholders on
- L/C, CAD, Bank Contract, Pre/Down-Payment processes
- Customs compliance related communication
- Where possible / needed NC-docking to ICB (review Transfer order process
- Review quality of RFQ's / Tech ID & Further Info Required tasks
- Usage of PDF reader / Excel to Fiori (where possible) or agree with customers on RFQ & PO
format
- Developing landing cost calculation

As an ideal candidate, you will have following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering /Business or equivalent.
- Professional certification in Supply Chain Management is seen as an advantage.
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Workable knowledge on customs compliance activity in South Asia & Middle East, especially in
Pakistan
- Workable knowledge on LC, Prepayment and Down payment activity in South Asia & Middle East

The followings are regarded as plus
- Workable knowledge in SAP
- Experience in a Freight forwarding agency / C&F / Logistics agency / Bank or Financial organisation
