Job location :Anywhere in Bangladesh

 

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • To carry out day to day activities for planned and unplanned maintenance to run HFO/Gas based power plant in the customer premises
  • Plan and advise daily operation activities at the plant and support O&M team in order to ensure customer satisfaction and to achieve set contractual Targets.
  • Support to achieve operational reliability and availability of the plant according to requirements.
  • Ensure that the performance targets of the plant are reached according to the contract.
  • Support in competence development of the operation resources and/or assigned team.
  • Ensure that the condition of the plant and equipment are according to applicable guidelines and policies and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Implement action plans, processes and guidelines in the assigned responsibility area.
  • Prepare reports, operation plan and budget as instructed by the Superior
  • Identify and actively seek to improve operational reliability and availability of the plant.
  • Develop the operation working routines at the plant.
  • Maintain good internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Coordinate maintenance time schedule taken into consideration operational requirements of the plant.
  • Ensure that the work is executed at plant according to company's Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines and customer site procedures as well as assigned operation plan.

Qualification & experience requirement:

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical/Marine Engineering with 7 years of experience or Diploma in Mechanical/Marine Engineering with 9 years of experience.
