Responsibilities :

• Responsible for learning, repair, operation, and maintenance of engines, auxiliaries, and systems as a trainee.
• Performs a variety of local support activities in accordance with the instructions.
• Ensures the completeness and quality of own daily work Ensure that the work is executed according to Wärtsila Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines and customer site procedures.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a university/institution recognized by UGC (The University Grants Commission Bangladesh) Minimum CGPA 3.0 Passed Bachelor’s degree between 2023 and 2025.

Other requirements:

• National of Bangladesh.  Willingness to travel frequently inside and outside of the country. Proficient with MS Excel/ Word/ Access and PowerPoint applications.
• Fluency in English.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• High integrity and ownership.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good Knowledge of QEHS.
