We are now looking for a Project Invoicing to join our Customer Delivery SE & AMER org. The position is an open-ended contract. The preferred location for the position is in Diano d’Alba, Italy.

You are accountable for commercial project (PS) and service order (CS) handling like cost follow-up, reporting, invoicing and supporting project managers and project organizations in all commercial aspects.

The person will report to the Manager , Finance & Control.


 
 As project Invoicing your work will focus on these responsibilities:
 
· Recording and maintenance of order/project data in SAP and Status tracking · Invoicing · Monitoring of receivables and dunning with the customer · Planning of Payment Milestones and Costs Roll outs in Major NB & Refit Customer projects and service orders · Project and Service Order Analysis and Reviews in cooperation with the Project Managers · Participation / collaboration in Bid / Calculation process of new projects and service orders · Clarification of tax, insurance, export, customs, shipping and financing issues for orders and projects in cooperation with the responsible accounting, finance and export departments · Collaboration in area-related monthly and year-end closing work as well as planning tasks · Preparation of order confirmations / contract confirmations in coordination with the project manager and the sales department · Follow up issues and risks. Ensure risk assessment is reflected in the project cost planning.

 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

 

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Finance and Accounting or equivalent commercial education

• Comprehensive knowledge in Project Business/Controlling

• Broad commercial knowledge in Commercial Terms and Conditions in System Contracts

• Solid experience with SAP (PS, CS, SD and FICO module) and MS Office

• You have strong analytical thinking capability and excellent communication skills in English both oral and written.

• Be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, achieve results, decisiveness and action orientation. You are independent and show initiative with an entrepreneurial spirit.

• You are customer oriented, pragmatic and enthusiastic

• Flexibility and willingness to learn and grow along the business requirements

Fluency in written and spoken English is a must. Availability to travel in Italy and abroad is requested.
