We are now searching for a People Operations Specialist Nordics – Part Time 15-20h – on fixed term basis for 24 month.
Join our dynamic People team and immerse yourself in both operational and strategic HR processes. From day one, you will have the opportunity to work independently on assigned tasks while also contributing your innovative ideas to advance our department. This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities that will allow you to make a significant impact and grow your career in HR. You will be attached to our Drammen office based in Norway.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Policies and Processes: Manage a variety of personnel policies and processes, including all document management, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
- Lead Payroll Management: Take charge of payroll for Norway and Denmark, collaborating closely with our dedicated providers to ensure timely, accurate payments in compliance with local laws.
- Draft Labor-Related Documents: Own the drafting and management of a wide range of labor documents, including employment contracts and addenda, ensuring they are legally sound and aligned with company policies.
- Generate Reports and Data Insights: Produce reports and provide data insights to support decision-making, driving continuous improvement in HR processes.
- Support Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing queries related to payroll, contracts, and other HR-related questions, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Contribute to HR Projects: Support various HR topics as needed, including payroll accounting, HR system administration, and process improvements.
- Engage with local management and managers to support the local business
The below will enable you to shine in this role:
- Completed commercial training, studies, or a comparable qualification with a focus on Human Resources
- 2-3 years of experience in operational People/HR work, particularly in the HR operations
- You have solid knowledge of labor and social security law topics
- You possess a very high level of comprehension, strong analytical skills, and an affinity for numbers.
- You have an eye for detail and love to work accurately.
- Fluent English skills complete your profile, Norwegian or Danish language skills are a plus
