As our Field Service Manager in Drunen, you’ll be at the heart of exciting field service operations, ensuring our engines and solutions stay at peak performance all over the world.
Think fast-paced. Think international. Think technically complex projects that you guide from start to finish with energy, efficiency, and a smile.
You’ll take the lead on multiple service projects, working closely with our Field Service Engineers, internal teams, and customers. From urgent part orders to reviewing service reports, no challenge is too big when you’ve got the right team behind you (and you do!).
Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
- Coordinating global field service activities.
- Managing jobs safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Supporting engineers on-site with your technical skills
- Keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned
- Handling critical parts & tooling orders like a boss
- Reviewing service reports and planning follow-ups
- Collaborating with Project Services, Tech Support & Sales
- Joining site visits and engaging directly with customers
What You’ll Bring:
- A technical/service background (marine or industrial = bonus!)
- Great communication skills and a natural problem-solver
- Eye for detail and strong organizational skills
- Engineering qualification or equivalent experience
- Flexibility to travel when needed
- A can-do, team-first attitude
