What will you be doing?

In this position, your work will include managing independently all travel related activities needed for the Drunen Global ExpertOperations team. Managing independently all administrative tasks for our Field Service orders and projects including the invoicingprocess.


On a typical day, you might be starting with arranging flights, hotels and visa requirements for one of our specialists travelling to Chinaand end the day with sending invoices for a Field Service Manager towards our internal or external customers. You will not be workingon this alone, even though the work requires a high level of independency, as you will have the support from your colleagues.


For us to be the best match, we expect you to have positive mindset including business and customer focus and experience fromworking with business administrative tools. As an ideal candidate, you have gained experience from SAP and knowledge of salesforceand MS office packages. For you to succeed in the position, we hope you have a flexible and positive mindset because a working dayis almost never the same.


As Service Administrator, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

  • Manage all travel related activities needed for the Drunen Global Expert Operations personal.
  • Manage all administrative tasks for GEO FS and commissioning orders and projects.
  • Execute activities as PRO-time administrator. (time registration system for Drunen employees)
  • Execute activities as CDP- Administrator. (System to store and forward Confidential personal Data in line with AVG/ GDPRregulations)


You’ll have frequent contacts with internal and external stakeholders like:

  • Internal and external customers
  • Field Service, Commissioning and Project Managers.
  • Field Service Engineers or other travelers
  • Travel company ATPI, hotels and other travel related contacts.
  • Salary department/ Financial controller


The below will enable you to shine in this role:

  • Flexible approach to work with a positive mindset
  • Passion for excellent customer service, creating value for the business and the stakeholders
  • High attention to detail• Working knowledge of SAP/ Salesforce and MS Office packages.
  • Working experience with an administrative or travel agency background is preferred but not required.
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
