Customer Delivery and Support Coordinator- Emirati Nationals

Wärtsilä Voyage is seeking a dedicated Customer Delivery and Support Coordinator for MEA region. The Project Manager Coordinator will work closely with the Sim Delivery and Customer Support Team Leader, supporting him in administrative tasks related to projects, project management, and Customer Support activities. This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various project management and support activities. The coordinator will manage small Smart Support projects and regular projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and communication. They will use JIRA for project management, maintain customer communications, and track support hours. Additionally, the role includes planning annual customer visits, monitoring contract performance, and coordinating hardware orders and deliveries. The coordinator will also assist the Regional Delivery and Customer Support Head with project related tasks, process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA), and verify entitlements for Smart Support projects in the region using CRM.


Key Responsibilities:
 

Project Coordination:

  • Assist the Regional Delivery and Customer Support Head with project-related tasks.
  • Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) as necessary.
  • Verify entitlements for Smart Support projects in the region using CRM.


Project Management:


Smart Support Projects:

  • Serve as the Project Manager for small size Smart Support projects.
  • Plan and manage projects using JIRA.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers.
  • Plan and coordinate annual visits with customers, including scheduling a visiting engineer.
  • Track and report support hours.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of Smart Support Contracts.


Regular Projects:

  • Manage small projects, including planning and execution in JIRA.
  • Collaborate with engineers to determine hardware specifications and order necessary equipment.
  •  Develop and control project schedules.
  • Coordinate deliveries with Procurement Coordinators.
  • Manage project communications, ensuring timely and clear delivery of project expectations, tasks, needs, and progress reports to the project team and stakeholders.


Qualification:

  • Technical apprenticeship and/or relevant BS degree and/or applicable IT.
  • English spoken and written incl., technical English
  • Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, IT hardware and tools.

 

Skills:

  • Sense of initiative, results orientation and a holistic view, professional, businesslike, very self-sustaining, service minded and analytical.
  • Proactive, self-starter able to jump in, ramp up and lead without a lot of oversight or direction.
