Job Summary
The Junior Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Marine Contract Management team to ensure the timely and efficient execution of service agreements. This role is responsible for processing spare parts orders, monitoring delivery schedules, coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders, tracking Purchase Orders (POs), uploading invoices to customer portals, and responding to routine customer inquiries. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and monitor spare parts orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Track delivery schedules and coordinate with internal teams and customers regarding order status.
- Follow up on customer Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain accurate records.
- Upload invoices and supporting documentation to customer portals in accordance with customer requirements.
- Serve as a primary contact for routine customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and invoicing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Finance, Service, and Contract Management to support contract execution.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data within company systems.
- Assist with reporting and other administrative activities as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with ERP systems and customer portals is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
