Trainee Sales Coordinator - UAE National

Position Overview 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in daily operations and coordination activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or 
candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are looking to build a career in sales support and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team  
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation  
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery timelines  
• Maintain and update customer records and sales data  
• Support communication with customers regarding inquiries and follow-ups  
• Track sales orders, invoices, and related documentation  
• Prepare basic reports and support sales analysis  
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of sales-related records  

Candidate Requirements 

• UAE National  (Mandatory)
• Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration or related field preferred)  
• 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)  
• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment
