Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in daily operations and coordination activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or
candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are looking to build a career in sales support and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery timelines
- Maintain and update customer records and sales data
- Support communication with customers regarding inquiries and follow-ups
- Track sales orders, invoices, and related documentation
- Prepare basic reports and support sales analysis
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of sales-related records
Candidate Requirements
- UAE National (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration or related field preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment
