We are now looking for a 

 

Testfield / Commissioning Technician (m/f/d)

 

to join our team working for a better future. The preferred location for the position is in Elmenhorst, Germany.

 

What you will be doing 

 

In this role you will ensure a cost-efficient and timely high quality testing and commissioning of systems.

 

As Testfield / Commissioning Technician your work will focus on these responsibilities: 

 

  • Commissioning and testing of the manufactured products, systems and equipment in the test field and at the yard
  • problem fixing during the commissioning phase in cooperation with the engineering - Fault finding and fault solving on site
  • Documentation of the delivery status of all systems
  • Fault analysis regarding the required spare parts and required actions
  • Training of the ship's crew
  • Handover of the equipment to the class and ship inspector
  • Execution of special works and service tasks on sites/ships as requested by the service department.
  • Ensure the time lines and budget requirements

 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have: 

 

  • Completed education as technician (electrical focus) or similar
  • App. 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Native German speaker
  • Good English skills written and spoken
  • Communicative and team-oriented personality
  • All processes are to be organized independently and rationally 
  • Very careful and accurate work required
  • Increased physical activity can sometimes be expected
  • MS Office and MS Outlook knowledge desirable
  • Driving license class 3 and willingness to travel
  • Ability to deal successfully with high workload

Was sind Ihre Aufgaben?
 
In dieser Rolle werden Sie sich um die Sicherstellung einer kosten- und termingerechten einwandfreien Prüfung und Inbetriebnahme der Anlagen kümmern.

 

Als Prüffeldtechniker sind Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

 

  • Inbetriebnahme der gefertigten Produkte, Anlagen und Geräte im Prüffeld und auf den Werften
  • Lösung von Problemen während der Inbetriebnahme in Zusammenarbeit mit der
  • Projektierung und der Konstruktion
  • Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern an Geräten und Anlagen vor Ort
  • Dokumentation des Abgabezustandes aller Anlagen
  • Fehleranalyse hinsichtlich der benötigten Ersatzteile und erforderliche Maßnahmen
  • Einweisung der Schiffsbesatzung
  • Übergabe der Anlagen an die Klasse und Inspektoren
  • Durchführung von Sonderarbeiten und Serviceaufgaben auf Baustellen und 
  • Außenobjekten nach Anforderung durch die Serviceabteilung
  • Einhaltung  von Termin- und Budgetvorgaben

 
Um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein erwarten wir:

 

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Techniker für Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
  • ca. 1-2 Jahre einschlägig Berufserfahrung
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikationsstarke und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Alle Abläufe sind im Arbeitsbereich eigenständig und rationell zu organisieren
  • Sehr sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise erforderlich
  • Es ist bei einigen Tätigkeiten mit erhöhten Körpereinsatz zu rechnen.
  • MS-Office und MS-Outlook Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Führerschein Klasse 3 und Reisebereitschaft sind gefordert.
  • Ebenfalls sollte Belastbarkeit bei größerem Arbeitsanfall ins Profil passen
