We are now looking for two Coordinators to join our Parts Coordination Management, Internal Customers & Global Support- team. The preferred location for these positions is in Fareham, UK or Gdansk, Poland.
What you will be doing
In this position, you will together with our team of PCM Coordinators be accountable for processing internal and external customer’s spare parts requests in a timely and high-quality manner aligned with customer´s expectations. For us to be the best match, we expect you to have understanding in international business and experience from working with spare parts and logistics. We are looking for you with a positive mindset and a genuine interest to work towards building strong customer relationships. For you to succeed in the position, we hope you have a clear and structured approach to your work and focus on quality.
As a Coordinator, your work will focus on these responsibilities:


  • Act as contact person for spare parts quotations, orders, deliveries, and non-conformities.
  • Link between customer and various departments involved in the spare parts delivery process.
  • Handle and coordinate quotes and orders according to working procedures and guidelines, and local requirements.
  • Ensure highest level of quality and response time for quotes and orders.
  • Follow up and communicate parts deliveries information accordingly in a timely manner to customers.
  • Off hour support for spare parts (24 hr service).

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:


  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree (technical or commercial) 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience within spare parts order & logistics
  • English language skills (fluent)
  • Teamwork skills
  • Organizing and prioritizing skills
