We are looking for an Agreement Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. The desired location for this position is Ft. Lauderdale, Fl but open to remote work.

 

Main Responsibilities: 

 

  • Coordination of workshop services for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
  • Coordinates activities within budget and provides cost estimates for jobs each month
  • Timely and accurate reaction to assigned contractual customer requests.
  • Works with customer to coordinate logistics of components to/from vessel and workshops globally.
  • Works with Wartsila teams to implement prepared scheduled overhauls. Assigns workshop locations. Works with workshops to get the components overhauled in time.
  • Works with vendors to arrange PO's when applicable. Review and approval of internal and supplier invoices for the coordinated activities.
  • Keeps track of all ongoing activities, follows up to ensure no delays; ensures components arrive to destinations
  • Work closely with assigned team. Actively updates the contract manager of any important issues.
  • Problem solving, claim handling while ensuring Wartsila complies with its contractual requirements.
  • Proper record keeping of activities and contractual requirements, such as workshop status report, service work report.

Education

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or relevant field

 

Experience

  • Two or more years experience and successful work in a similar role
