Contract Coordinator

We are looking for a Contract Coordinator to join our Marine Power Agreements team.  As the Contract Coordinator, you will work closely with the assigned team to support customer onboarding and training. This includes taking a proactive approach to daily tasks, coaching, mentoring, and supporting improvement processes so that planned maintenance activities can be completed on time and without any obstacles. This requires continuous communication with the team and other stakeholders. 

This is a hybrid position, and will require 2-days in the Ft Lauderdale, FL or Houston, TX office.  The ideal candidate has experience with SAP and Service Work Force, and experience in a related industry (i.e., marine, heavy industrial, power plant, heavy machinery).

As a Contract Coordinator, you will focus on these responsibilities:

• Support process improvements, locally and globally
• Coordinate day to day contract operations
• Assist with department needs such as troubleshooting contract cases, daily operations issues, process improvement in warehouse and workshop
• Collaborate closely with Contract Management teams
• Support in the business unit's strategic actions and main objectives

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have/be:

• Associates degree or higher in Business Management or a relevant field of study
• 2 or more years of experience with Agreements and/or Coordination
• Related industry experience in marine, heavy industrial, power plant, or manufacturing
• Ability to proactively plan for jobs
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Excellent communication skills with customers and internally with teams and other departments
• Experience with SAP and Service Work Force is preferred
