Jr. Project Engineer

 

We are looking for a Jr. Project Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team.

 

As a Jr. Project Engineer, you will focus on these responsibilities:
• Assist with project management activities from the beginning to the end of the project, which includes:
• Procurement and contractor’s management, activity coordination with operational and logistic departments.
• Quality assurance during the project, cooperation with the quality department. Hardware and software testing.
• Project risk planning assessment and control for pre-emptive and corrective actions to mitigate or minimize potential risks impact.
• Help identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule & cost, identify potential risks and devise contingency plans.
• Responsible for the assembly and setup of projects in the office and the field.
• Support warehouse operations dealing with project management.
• Perform electronic and electric wiring of low voltage systems for our systems.
• All other project management activities as assigned.

 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
• Must possess basic electronics experience.
• Ideal candidate will need to have basic networking experience.
• General IT knowledge working with Windows operating system.
• Maritime and simulation experience a plus but not required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
