Manager, PCM (Marine - USA)

We are now looking for a PCM Manager to join our team working for a better future.
The position is permanent, and the preferred location is Fort Lauderdale, FL. (Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office).
What You Will Be Doing?
As PCM Manager, you will lead a critical customer-facing operations function within Parts and Field Service, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational excellence, and execution of strategic business initiatives. You will be responsible for leading a multi-level organization, developing leaders, driving performance, and ensuring customer, stakeholder, and business needs are translated into action plans and measurable results.
Reporting to the General Manager, Parts Coordination, you will work closely with customers, sales, supply chain, operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure consistent service delivery and business performance. This role requires a leader who thrives in dynamic environments, effectively manages customer escalations and operational challenges, and drives solutions in situations where the path forward is not always immediately clear.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and PCM professionals.
- Drive a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure customer, stakeholder, and business needs are reflected in strategies, targets, and action plans.
- Foster strong collaboration across global functions and business units.
- Drive execution of PCM and business strategy initiatives.
- Ensure global processes and ways of working are consistently implemented and followed.
- Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
- Lead change management and transformation initiatives across the organization.
- Manage customer escalations and drive timely, sustainable solutions.
- Use operational data and reporting to support decision-making and performance improvement.
- Build strong relationships with customers and key internal stakeholders.
- Ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining service excellence.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to support customer opportunities and profitable business growth.

Be accountable for the team's Cost-to-Serve, monitoring performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing actions to achieve financial targets.
Qualifications:
Required -
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience.
- Proven experience leading leaders and managing multi-level teams.
- Strong operational leadership experience in customer-facing environments.
- Experience managing customer escalations and resolving complex operational issues.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced and constantly changing environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across multiple functions and cultures.
- Experience working with KPIs, operational performance metrics, and reporting tools.
- Working knowledge of SAP and data-driven reporting tools.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to work across global time zones and collaborate with international stakeholders.

Flexibility to accommodate business requirements outside standard working hours when needed, supporting teams and customers across multiple regions.
Preferred -
- Experience within spare parts management, supply chain, logistics, service operations, aftermarket services, or field service organizations.
- Experience in a global and matrixed business environment.
- Knowledge of marine, energy, industrial equipment, or related industries.
- Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience developing emerging leaders and building high-performing multicultural teams.
- Proficiency with Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms.
Travel Requirements:
In this role, some domestic and international travel is required. While many interactions are conducted virtually, travel may be expected up to 15-20% of the time.
In this role, limited travel may be required. Most work is office‑based or hybrid.

The starting salary for this position would be determined with consideration of the successful candidate’s relevant education, individual skill set, level of experience applicable to the role they are being offered and consideration of internal equity.
