PCM Coordinator - Spare Parts (Fort Lauderdale)

We are now looking for a PCM Coordinator to join our team working for a better future within Wärtsilä Global Logistics Services
The position is permanent, and the preferred location is Fort Lauderdale (Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office).
What You Will Be Doing?
As a PCM Coordinator, you will manage spare parts requests end‑to‑end for internal and external customers, ensuring timely, accurate, and high‑quality service aligned with customer expectations. You will act as the main point of contact for quotations, orders, deliveries, and issue resolution, working closely with Sales and internal stakeholders across the supply chain.
This role requires strong ownership, organization, and communication skills, with a clear focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage spare parts requests from quotation to delivery, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and non‑conformities.
- Handle quotations, order processing, confirmations, and coordination of invoicing according to established processes.
- Actively manage and follow up on the order book, ensuring customers are kept informed about delivery status.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Parts Supply, and other internal stakeholders to meet customer expectations.
- Ensure high data accuracy across systems, dashboards, and reporting tools (e.g., order book, Power BI).
- Prioritize incoming requests, manage multiple open tasks, and ensure consistent execution.
- Support after‑hours service when required.
- Facilitate collaboration and alignment with Sales teams.
- Share expertise and knowledge within the team when assigned.
- Provide feedback to improve processes and ways of working based on customer insights.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field, or 2–3 years of relevant experience in supply chain or spare parts operations.
- Experience in order management, customer service, logistics, or spare parts coordination.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- High level of autonomy and self‑leadership.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage end‑to‑end processes and multiple open tasks
- Good understanding of supply chain and spare parts processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional training or certification in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
- Experience working in spare parts operations or customer‑facing supply chain roles.
- Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Knowledge of Incoterms and shipping processes
- Experience managing order books and dashboards
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
Travel Requirements
In this role, limited travel may be required. Most work is office‑based or hybrid.

The starting salary for this position would be determined with consideration of the successful candidate’s relevant education, individual skill set, level of experience applicable to the role they are being offered and consideration of internal equity.
