We are now looking for a Workshop Coordinator – Field Service Operations to join our team working for a better future.
The position is permanent, and the location is Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
What You Will Be Doing?
As a Workshop Coordinator, you will support the end-to-end coordination of workshop and field service operations. This role is 100% workshop-based, providing daily operational, logistical, and administrative support to the Workshop Supervisor, and acting as a direct point of contact for internal and external stakeholders—without intermediaries.
You will manage parts requisitions, tool coordination, equipment readiness, scheduling support, and the flow of information between technicians, customers, and internal teams. A key part of the role is ensuring that the correct procedures and steps are followed, enabling efficient, safe, and high-quality service delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule field service operations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, service standards, and resource availability.
- Act as a primary point of contact between customers, field service technicians, and internal/external stakeholders to maintain smooth communication and operational visibility.
- Monitor field service activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols, service quality standards, and customer-specific policies and regulations.
- Support the resolution of technical and operational issues encountered by field service teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps or improvement opportunities in service processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of field service activities, including resource allocation, job timelines, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate workshop-related tasks such as tool tracking, preparation of equipment, and ensuring readiness of field service materials.
- Facilitate time and expense reporting according to company standards.

- Full‑time availability to work onsite in the workshop (Fort Lauderdale).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in marine, mechanical, or industrial technical environments.
- Experience supporting field service teams or workshop operations.
- Familiarity with customer-facing coordination roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize under changing conditions.
- Safety compliance knowledge and reporting systems.
