Financial and Administrative Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial & Administrative Assistant to join the team based in Nantes for a temporary replacement (March to August 2020).

 

What are your main tasks and responsibilities?

 

As financial & administrative assistant, your main tasks are to:

- manage the sales administration for Navy business: sales orders registering, invoicing, payments and bank guarantees follow-up

- manage the accounting for Navy business: accounting data update, costs transfer, communication with our auditors

- realise the follow-up of suppliers for Navy business: supplier list approval, invoice approval

- in collaboration with the project managers, realise the financial follow-up of projects (terms of payment, billing, payment, bank guarantees...)

- realise the financial reporting and its analysis in due time

- support the administrative tasks for Nantes site: welcome visitors, answer to phone calls, visa requests and coordinate communication between departments...

 

 

What do we expect from you?

 

You have 1 to 3 years of experience in the accounting and administrative field.
Fluent in English, you are used to IT tools like Office, SAP, Click View, HFM.
Team-player, and with good communication skiils, you are also organized, discreet and give close attention to details.
