We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Coordinator, for our Parts Coordination Management Team to join our Spare Parts Business. The preferred location for this position is in Frauenfeld, Switzerland but also Moschato, Greece can be considered.

 

 

Your role and responsibilities 

 

As a Coordinator, in the Parts Coordination Management Team, your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Handle and coordinate quotes and orders of projects (small to large) according to working procedures, guidelines, and local requirements.
  • Ensure the highest level of quality and response time for quotes and orders.
  • Follow up and communicate parts delivery information accordingly in a timely manner to internal & external customers.
  • Follow up with the supply chain of parts deliveries according to the agreed process.
  • Maintain and develop knowledge of customer-specific solutions and needs.
  • Clarifying technical identification with parts sales engineering.
  • Liaising for customer claims with the claim department.
  • Providing 24/7 service Parts Coordination Management (PCM) support.

 

Requirements for the position 

 

  • Experience in customer service, both internal and external.
  • Experience working with SAP.
  • IT proficient, particularly within Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • High attention to detail with a methodical and practical approach to problem-solving
  • Self-motivation and reliability, taking responsibility for your actions and aiming for quality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong internal & external customer relationships that enhance the customer experience.
  • A flexible approach to work and a quick learning ability.
  • Eagerness to understand processes, reevaluate, and adopt new methods where applicable.

 

 

As an ideal candidate you might also have… 

 

  • Parts coordination-related experience would be considered advantageous.
  • The ability to work as part of an effective team and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • German is a plus.
