HR Payroll Specialist

We are now looking for a HR Payroll Specialist working 40% Part Time to join our business on a permanent basis to provide support at our office in Frauenfeld, Switzerland.

 

What will you be doing? 

 

As HR Payroll Specialist your work will focus, but are not limited to, these responsibilities:

 

  • Interface/Preparation for external Payroll and pension fund partners.
  • Child allowance & Withholding tax administration.
  • Coordination with insurance companies regarding accident and illness.
  • HR Reporting: Create and manage various excel spreadsheets for reporting and controlling.
  • Support all administrative HR issues in entry, changes in employment conditions and exit processes with our People Support Hub Teams.
  • Create employment contracts, agreements, obtain references as well as work confirmations to assist with onboarding activities.
  • Advise employees and line managers regarding general HR Policies and Procedures, labour law and HR tool questions in German and English
  • Substitution for HR Manager in case of absence

 

You will shine in this role, when you have:
 

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification and further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma.
  • Several years of practical experience in personnel and salary administration.
  • Very good knowledge of labour and social security law.
  • High affinity for systems as well as administrative and organisational tasks
  • Ability to work independently and individually.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Passion for excellent customer service.
  • Effective organisational skills - able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
  • Pro-active, cooperative and independent individual.
  • Team player who engages and collaborates with others to deliver results.
  • Fluency in English and German, both verbal and written.
     

We are open to creating a tailored arrangement in terms of working pattern within reason to match your needs where possible and can work to find a mutually agreed solution to the 40% Part time model
