We are looking for a Parts Coordinator with a main responsibility in serving our internal and external customers with handling and coordinating quotations, orders, and deliveries of Internal and External customers.

 

The preferred location for this position is in Frauenfeld, Switzerland.

 

Your role and responsibilities 

 

As a Parts Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Handle and coordinate quotes and orders according to working procedures, guidelines, and local requirements.
  • Ensure the highest level of quality and response time for quotes and orders.
  • Actively follow up quotes with customers before they expire providing feedback to sales teams and support with follow-ups on the order book with the sales team.
  • Follow up and communicate parts delivery information accordingly in a timely manner to customers.
  • Maintain and develop knowledge of customer-specific solutions and needs.
  • Clarifying technical identification with parts sales engineering.
  • Quality of the documents, making sure the correct parts are sold to the right price and at the right time and location.
  • Creating reporting.

 

Requirements for the position 

 

  • Experience in customer service, both internal and external.
  • Parts coordination-related experience.
  • High attention to detail with a methodical and practical approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience working with SAP. 
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in the English language, both verbal and written. German is a plus.
  • IT proficient, particularly within Microsoft Office Suite.
