Reporting to: Sales Support
Preferred Location: Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Houston, TX, New Orleans, LA for the US / Canada, St. Johns, or Richmond

• Active and proactive promotion of products and solutions for Automation and Navigation to ensure sales growth and closing gaps with our customers' expectations
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to expeditiously develop formal quote/proposal to RFPs.
• Able to travel throughout sales territory as needed and meet customers to co-create solutions and opportunities
• Respond to RFPs from account managers or customers within agreed turnaround time
• Able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports and proposals
• Able to participate and/or lead customer meetings both technically and commercially
Capable of eliminating sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
• Managing relationship with counterparts within the Voyage Solutions product line, serving as value-added liaison to ensure we are working as a team.
• CRM maintenance and management improvement of the sales funnel for related product line
• Creative out of box ideas on solutions to promote to customers
• Operational Excellence mind-set and cooperation within entire team with all departments

• Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment.
• Experience in successfully working with various stakeholders to deliver on customer expectations.
• Exercises active listening, builds trust in networks and relationships.
• Successful experience in analyzing and evaluating total costs associated with business circumstances and provide recommendations for the optimal solutions and approach.
• English, Fluent
• Good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Capable of making challenging business decisions and predict possible outcomes to identify best course of action
• Experience setting up engagements and plans.
• Strong Product knowledge of Wärtsilä Engine Products and services within own area of expertise
